Here is given a list of keyword and keyphrases that WE should opt for to lead a healthy and eventually happy life! Yes, because WE BELIEVE THAT THERE CAN BE NO HAPPINESS WITHOUT HEALTH!
- Get up early

- Keep an eye on your bowel movement; get yourself treated properly to have good evacuations as constipation is the culprit that ruins your health

- Exercise regularly; else get ready to suffer from syndrome-X eventually (the syndrome comprises of hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, type II diabetes mellitus, and obesity
- Keep yourself busy with routine work; routine work is the best approach to conquer depression!
- Avoid stress at all costs! Nothing is better than a stress-less and healthy mind!
- Once in a while forget about all the rules and have your favorite food J
- Always exercise control over the quantity of food you eat at one time
- Control the way you lead your life than merely controlling calories you eat
- Stop smoking; there is no excuse to this any time!
- Minimize alcohol consumption to bare minimum; stopping it completely is not a crime!
- Go vegetarian; we humans are not carnivores! Respect what nature has made us for!
- Opt for relaxation techniques as often as you can. They lower your blood pressure, improve sugar balance in the body, and make you a more balanced individual.
- Listen to your favorite music as often as you can
- Indulge in your favorite pastime/hobby as often as you can
- Always help those in need. It is one of the most positively selfish acts you can do for your well-being! J
- Get rid of procrastination. It is one of the topmost things that lead to stress.
- Communicate well with those around. While you learn many things, you also learn to respect others’ feelings and emotions
- Be a child whenever you can. Don’t think of the world and engage in some childish behavior with your loved one.
- Shed that ego if you can and the world will be yours! J
